Ryan Schwanbeck is the Co-Founder and Builder of Our House Your Home, where he works alongside his wife, Hannah, to create homes that are both distinctive and lasting. Growing up around construction while his father worked in home building, Ryan experienced the process of watching something be built and come to life. With a degree in Business Management from Dallas Baptist University (DBU) and a background in financial planning and team building, he brings structure and efficiency to the business, ensuring a smooth and transparent construction process.
Ryan is passionate about creating one-of-a-kind, beautifully crafted homes that families are excited to call their own. He takes pride in turning the OHYH Design Team’s visions into reality, ensuring each project is built with care, intention, and lasting quality. While the design team leads with creativity, he focuses on execution—blending innovation with precision to bring dream homes to life.
Outside of work, Ryan loves spending time with his family and friends, traveling, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.
Hannah Schwanbeck leads the creative vision, seamlessly blending design and construction to craft beautiful, functional spaces. With experience in both residential and commercial projects, she has helped over 100 clients bring their vision to life, overseeing more than $20 million in project development. Her aesthetic balances timeless elegance with livable comfort, integrating classic details with modern elements.
Hannah’s background in event planning and hospitality sharpened her skills in organization and creating highly personal experiences. Her passion for design evolved from managing home renovations to co-founding a turnkey design-build firm in 2018. She guides clients through transformations, whether collaborating on new construction or unlocking the potential of large-scale renovations. Known for balancing luxury with warmth, she finds the greatest reward in seeing clients marvel at their finished homes.
Working alongside her husband and builder, Ryan Schwanbeck, Hannah values the synergy between design and construction, ensuring each space is timeless and deeply personal. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, horseback riding, and time outdoors—especially at the beach.
Tristyn Hollis leads projects from initial planning through final reveal—overseeing contracts, budgets, schedules, and quality control to ensure every home is delivered on time, on budget, and beautifully built. Since joining OHYH in 2021, she has managed dozens of homes, working closely with both design and construction teams to bring each vision to life with clarity and care.
Tristyn is known for her strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and collaborative approach. She ensures what’s planned on paper comes to life in the field—resolving challenges, coordinating across teams, and making sure the final result reflects the original design intent. Her goal is always a smooth, confident client experience and a finished space that exceeds expectations.
Outside of work, Tristyn enjoys time with her family, serving at church, and soaking up the sun—especially at the beach.
Cale Ham is the boots-on-the-ground lead who keeps projects moving at Our House Your Home. He manages construction timelines, coordinates with trade partners, and makes sure every detail—from demo to final finish-out—is executed with precision. Known for clear communication and strong follow-through, he works closely with the Project Manager, Designers, and Procurement Specialists to bridge the gap between design and construction.
Cale’s path to OHYH started with a fixer-upper in Keller, where he served as the general contractor on his own home. With guidance from Ryan and Hannah Schwanbeck, he found a passion for construction management and joined the team shortly after. Since then, he’s overseen dozens of residential projects and holds both Buildertrend certification and a real estate license.
Off the job site, Cale enjoys the outdoors and time with his family—whether he’s bowhunting, golfing, or skiing with his wife and daughters.
Eric Ambrose runs day-to-day operations on site, making sure each project stays on schedule, on budget, and up to standard. As the main point of contact in the field, he keeps communication tight between clients, trade partners, and the OHYH team—ensuring every build is carried out with accuracy. Known for his problem-solving and no-nonsense approach, Eric works closely with the Project Manager, Designers, and Procurement Specialists to keep things moving.
His passion for building started early, working alongside a friend and his father. That experience sparked a career path that eventually led him to OHYH, where he worked his way up and now helps lead multi-million-dollar custom home projects across the DFW area.
When he’s not on the job site, Eric is outdoors with his wife and their son—camping, hitting the range, or just enjoying fresh air. He’s always looking to sharpen his skills and learn from those who’ve built before him.
Katelyn Rozypal helps bring each project’s design story to life—from early concepts and finish selections to detailed CAD drawings that guide construction trade partners in the field. Blending creativity and precision, she collaborates closely with Designers and Superintendents to ensure every element is thoughtfully documented and beautifully executed. Since joining OHYH, she has contributed to 10+ client homes and is currently pursuing her NCIDQ certification.
Katelyn holds a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design with a minor in Business Administration. Drawn to creativity from a young age, she discovered her passion for interiors in college and found her home at OHYH soon after.
Outside of work, Katelyn enjoys time outdoors with friends, family, and her dog, Camper. Whether camping, relaxing by the water, or gathering at church, she brings that same joy and energy into every space she helps create.
Cylia Baldree plays a crucial behind-the-scenes role in keeping projects on track—coordinating orders, tracking deliveries, as well as ensuring materials, fixtures, and furnishings arrive in mint condition when they’re needed. She works closely with the Project Manager and Designers to support each phase, from sourcing products to organizing accessories during install weeks. With a sharp eye for organization and a calm, can-do attitude, she helps maintain timelines and smooth finish-outs.
After earning her Business degree from the University of North Texas, Cylia discovered a love for purchasing and logistics that ultimately led her to specialize in procurement. Her passion for operational excellence and team support made her a natural fit for the OHYH approach.
Outside of work, Cylia enjoys cheering on her favorite teams (Go Frogs!), exploring local markets, hiking, and spending time with her dog and close friends.
Alex Bates plays a vital behind-the-scenes role at Our House Your Home—overseeing client onboarding and helping create a seamless experience for both clients and the team. Often the first voice clients hear, she leads client discovery calls, helps determine project fit, and supports the founders with a myriad of tasks. With over 15 years of experience in creative project management and client relations, Alex brings both strategic insight and a personal touch to every interaction.
In 2024, shortly after her first child was born, Alex and her family moved back to Dallas. A reconnection with longtime friends Hannah and Ryan opened the door to a new chapter—one where her passion for people, creativity, and purpose-driven work aligned naturally with the OHYH mission.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys life with her husband, friends, and family—especially over great food, good coffee, or time near the water.
