Our Process

Request a Consult

All projects start with a brief consult call to discuss your project, budget, timeline, vision, and our services in more detail. If you’re doing a renovation, you must own the home before we can start Pre-Construcrion. To schedule your consult, complete this form.

Pre-Construction

This critical step includes site visit(s) to your property, creating floorplans, establishing a realistic design allowance, finalizing the scope of work, permit review, as well as an overview of project timeline and process.

Design & Build

Once the scope of work, floor plans, design plans and budget are approved during Pre-Construction, a formal contract will be signed by both parties and we will move on to the renovation. Our design+build team will work hand-in-hand as we follow the supplied timeline from demolition to final install day. Our interior designer and builder will work together on a daily basis to answer the countless design, lifestyle, and financial decisions to give your home its greatest beauty and function.

Decorate & Style

Offered as a stand-alone service or as the final stage in a comprehensive design+build project, interior decorating is what makes homes come alive. We love pulling together all of the finishing touches that make a room and a home, feel complete — from fully furnishing and accessorizing your space with new items or helping you better use existing pieces — we would love to help you.

Every project is different. The total cost depends on the scope of work as we offer services from Interior Design to turnkey, whole-home renovation.
