The Master Bathroom at Haven Haus: Concrete, Character, and Quiet Luxury

In any forever home, there are spaces that hold more than just function—they become moments of pause, privacy, and daily ritual. At Haven Haus, that space is the master bathroom.

This room is a study in contrast: raw and refined, old and new, modern and storied. It’s a space we’re incredibly proud of—not just for how it looks, but for how it feels.

Layered Materials, Grounded Design

At the heart of the design is a sculptural concrete bathtub. Its smooth curves and matte finish bring a quiet strength to the space—anchoring the room and offering a distinct sense of place. It’s complemented by a pair of antique doors, which add age, patina, and a hint of history to the otherwise clean-lined aesthetic.

We layered in reeded white oak vanities for texture, with warm champagne bronze fixtures that feel luxe without being loud. The combination of materials feels grounded, modern, and timeless all at once.

Quiet Details with Lasting Impact

While the primary suite as a whole feels spacious, the bathroom itself was designed to feel more intimate. We paid attention to how the light moves through the space, how each material catches the eye, and how form and function support each other without overcomplicating the moment.

This is a bathroom that invites slow mornings and quiet evenings—exactly what our clients envisioned when they told us they wanted a retreat.
