Introduction & Consultation
All projects start with a brief consult call to discuss your project, budget, timeline, vision, and our services in more detail. Getting started is simple—submit the contact us form or give us a call to connect with our Sales Team. After this introduction, our team will schedule a consultation for you and Ryan & Hannah Schwanbeck (owners of OHYH) to meet one another. We look forward to getting to know you and your family, as well as understanding the priorities, budget, and timeline for your new home. a renovation, you must own the home before we can start Pre-Construction. Assembling the Team
With your vision in mind, we’ll finalize a Professional Services Agreement and retainer, covering essential work like architectural plans, estimating, as well as some initial design concepts. To ensure every detail aligns with your preferred style and needs, we will assemble a team of experts, from architects and landscape designers, to engineers and trade partners. We believe that the best homes come from careful preparation and collaboration, so we take the time to refine every element before construction starts—ensuring a smooth, well-planned building experience from day one.

Now that we have built your home on paper, it’s time to break ground and begin construction. We keep you informed every step of the way, providing regular updates so you’re always in the loop.
