While we don’t assist with the house-hunting process or evaluate homes prior to purchase, we’re always happy to refer trusted realtors if you need a recommendation. We wait to create design plans and corresponding estimates until after you’ve closed on a home and we all know it’s officially yours! Scope, budget, and design vision depend heavily on the actual property–so once ownership is confirmed, we’re ready to dive in and create a plan that’s thoughtfully tailored to you.
We don’t take on ‘build-only’ projects. Every home we design or renovate includes a thoughtful, cohesive blend of design and construction. Our offerings range from full-service Interior Design + Build + Furnish, to Interior Design only, Furnish only, or Small Project Consultations. But construction alone–without our design team involved–isn’t something we offer.
Once we receive your project details, one of our team members will give you a call to review everything–your goals, timeline, and vision–and walk you through how our process works. If it sounds like a great mutual fit, we’ll schedule an in-person meeting to get to know each other, see the home, and kick things off.
Cost per square foot can be a helpful starting point–but it’s not always the most accurate reflection of your investment. Because every project is unique, and design choices drive the budget, we prefer to discuss investment after understanding your scope and goals. We go over this in more detail during our in-person meeting and throughout the Pre-Construction process.
Timelines can vary widely based on project scope. Some require substantial lead time–especially when architectural plans, city permitting, or collaboration with outside consultants (like landscape architects) are involved. We’ll map out your projected timeline once your scope is defined and your team is assembled.
